About Us

Isoltech is an industry leading manufacturer and installer of wallfloor and ceiling surface finishes for use in cleanrooms as well as other controlled environment applications. Isoltech’s seamless installation incorporates rigid PVC wall, floor and ceiling panels with preformed corners and coved transitions to create a superior clean room that is made right here in the USA.

At Isoltech, we understand that our customers want to be able to compare our cleanroom surface panels with our competitors and have confidence in the product that they are purchasing. As such, we use ASTM standards to measure key physical properties of our product, including, but not limited to specific gravity (ASTM D792).

Isoltech understands the cleanroom requirements surrounding USP797. Isoltech’s non-shedding clean room wall, floor and ceiling panels meet the USP 797 regulations and are fully FDA complaint. According to USP797, “Walls, floors, fixtures and ceilings should be smooth, impervious and free of cracks, crevices and non-shedding. Surfaces should be resistant to damage from sanitizing agents. Junctures of ceilings to walls (and walls to floors) should be coved and caulked.” This standard is FDA enforceable and applies to health care institutions, pharmacies, physicians’ exam rooms and other facilities in which compounded sterile formulations are prepared, stored and dispensed.

Installing a clean room in your business is certainly an investment, but doing it right from the start helps ensure that you won’t need significant and costly cleanroom repairs once your controlled environment is in operation, and this is sure to save you time and money in the long term.
